One 30-minute call where we set your Lofty up with you, on your screen.
This is for the individual agent with a Lofty account, not a brokerage rollout. Lofty does a lot, which is exactly why most agents use a fraction of it. We get on a 30-minute video call, you share your screen, and we set it up together: your profile and branding, your lead sources routed to you, a pipeline that matches how you work, the smart plans that follow up while you are at showings, and your email and calendar synced. You drive, we tell you exactly what to click and why. We start with whatever matters most to you, and the call is recorded so you can finish anything we do not reach.

One 30-minute video call, at a time you pick. We start with what matters most to you and work down the list. You keep the recording and the settings document, so anything we do not reach you can finish yourself.

$99 one-time. Fixed price, paid when you book. One call, nothing after it.
Questions agents ask
Do I need a Lofty subscription first?
Yes. We configure the account you own. If you have not signed up yet, we can join the onboarding call with Lofty so the plan you pick fits the setup.
Can you move my contacts from Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, my phone or a spreadsheet?
We start it with you on the call: we map your old stages to the new pipeline and run the import together so you have seen it done. A large or messy list can take longer than the half hour, and you finish it from the recording.
I already use Lofty and it is a mess. Does that count?
That is most of the work we do. We audit what is there, keep what works, and rebuild routing, plans and the pipeline around how you sell.
Is this for a brokerage or a team?
No. This setup is for one agent and their own account. If you run a team or a brokerage, ask us on the Concierge page and we scope it separately.
Does this include the Engentfy for Lofty plugin?
No, they are separate. The plugin puts Lofty inside ChatGPT and Claude. The setup makes the account itself work. Many agents do both.
