We install the skills and projects that teach it how a working practice runs a lead, a client, a listing, a contract and a weekly report, connect it to Florida property records and to your CRM if you have one, load your stage names and cadences into its memory and projects, and leave you a prompt library you will actually use. Questions agents ask
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
Yes. Skills, memory and projects need Claude Pro or higher. If you are on the free plan we help you upgrade on the call; the setup is the same from there.
I use ChatGPT, not Claude.
Then book the ChatGPT setup instead; it is the same method on the other platform. If you use both, book one and add the second in the thirty days of adjustments.
Does it replace my CRM?
No. It works your CRM from the chat when there is a connector, and it works from your notes and records when there is not. The CRM stays the system of record.
I am new. Is this too much for me?
It is built for you. A first-year agent gets the method and the scripts loaded, so Claude tells you what to do next with each lead. A veteran gets their own process encoded instead.
Is my client data safe?
Your data stays in your own Claude account. The connectors ask you before any write, and nothing is shared with other agents.
