Questions agents ask
Do I need a paid ChatGPT plan?
Yes. Apps, memory and projects need ChatGPT Plus or higher. If you are on the free plan we help you upgrade on the call; the setup is the same from there.
I use Claude, not ChatGPT.
Then book the Claude setup instead; it is the same method on the other platform. If you use both, book both; each is its own one-time setup.
Does it replace my CRM?
No. It works your CRM from the chat when there is a connector, and it works from your notes and records when there is not. The CRM stays the system of record.
I am new. Is this too much for me?
It is built for you. A first-year agent gets the method and the scripts loaded, so ChatGPT tells you what to do next with each lead. A veteran gets their own process encoded instead.
Is my client data safe?
Your data stays in your own ChatGPT account. The connectors ask you before any write, and nothing is shared with other agents.
